Perky Cleaners LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Queens, New York City. Our services include:
- Regular home and apartment cleaning
- Commercial cleaning for offices, retail spaces, and studios
- Move-in and move-out cleaning
- Deep cleaning and special event preparation
- Additional services like laundry and oven cleaning (when available)
We’ll work with you to create a custom cleaning plan that fits your needs.

Scheduling and Changes

- We may need to reschedule due to emergencies, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We’ll notify you as soon as possible
Cancellations
- By You: If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee
- By Us: If we need to cancel, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no additional charge
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing
- We provide free quotes before starting work
- Prices are based on the size of the space, type of cleaning, and specific services requested
- All prices are in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes
Payment Methods

- Credit and debit cards
- Online payment through our website
- Other payment methods as agreed upon
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed
- For recurring services, we may charge your payment method automatically
- You’re responsible for keeping your payment information current
Late Payments

- Charge late fees as permitted by law
- Pursue collection of unpaid amounts
4. Access to Property
Providing Access
You’re responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property to be cleaned. This includes:
- Being present or providing keys, codes, or other access methods
- Ensuring we can safely enter and exit the property
- Clearing pathways and ensuring our team can work safely
Access Issues
If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time due to issues on your end, you may be charged a service call fee.
Lockouts
We’re not responsible if you’re locked out of your property. If you lose keys or access methods we’ve provided, you’re responsible for any costs to regain access.
5. Your Responsibilities
To help us provide great service, you agree to:
Prepare the Space
- Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or personal items before we arrive
- Pick up clutter so we can clean effectively (we’re cleaners, not organizers, though we’ll do light tidying)
- Inform us of any special concerns, stains, or areas needing extra attention
Safe Environment
- Provide a safe working environment free from hazards
- Inform us of any pets, alarms, or safety concerns
- Ensure the property has working utilities (water, electricity) needed for cleaning
Accurate Information
- Provide truthful information about the property size and condition
- Inform us of any health hazards, biohazards, or dangerous conditions
- Let us know if you have allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products
6. Our Responsibilities and Limitations
Quality Service
We’re committed to providing professional, high-quality cleaning services. If you’re not satisfied with any area we’ve cleaned, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean that area at no additional charge.
Insurance and Bonding
We are fully bonded and insured for your protection and peace of mind.
Background Checks
Our cleaning professionals undergo background checks before joining our team.
What We Don’t Do
We’re not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to the property
- Damage to items that are worn, fragile, or in poor condition
- Items left unsecured or not disclosed to us
- Damage resulting from improper prior cleaning or maintenance
- Areas we’re not asked to clean or that are inaccessible
Limitations on Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question
- We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- You must report any issues within 24 hours of service for us to address them
Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or matters that cannot be limited by law.
7. Hazardous Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if:
- The property contains biohazards, mold, or other dangerous conditions
- The environment is unsafe for our team
- We encounter illegal activity or substances
- The actual condition significantly differs from what was described
If we stop service for these reasons, you may still be responsible for a service call fee.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including text, images, logos, and design—is owned by Perky Cleaners LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without written permission.
9. Privacy
